Professional looking for a 1-bed flat

Hi! I’m Abi, a full-time Civil Engineer working in London, looking for a furnished 1-bedroom flat for myself.

I’m ideally looking around Crystal Palace, Beckenham, Penge, Anerley, Sydenham, Streatham, Croydon, South Norwood and nearby areas, but I’m open to other locations within roughly 5 miles if the transport links are good.

I’m clean, tidy, considerate and respectful, and I’m looking for somewhere I can make a comfortable home. I’m open to flexible or shorter-term arrangements, as I may potentially relocate abroad for work in the future.

I’m looking to move as soon as possible and can arrange viewings at short notice.
