Finding a lovely home!

Hi! It’s lovely to meet you! My name is Xinchen, and I’m from China. I’m currently a Master’s student and will be graduating at the end of September. As there are more job opportunities in London, I’m planning to move there and rent a room for a few months, ideally starting around 13 September.

I’m looking to stay for around 3–6 months, possibly longer depending on how things go, but definitely no less than 3 months. I’m currently living in Coventry, where I share a house with some of my classmates.

I currently hold a valid Student visa, which expires in January next year. I plan to apply for the Graduate visa (PSW) towards the end of this year, which will allow me to remain in the UK after my Student visa ends.

A little bit about me: I’m a very friendly, outgoing, and helpful person, and I really enjoy meeting new people and making friends. I’m also very clean and tidy. I’ve lived in shared accommodation for several years, and I’m usually the person who voluntarily helps keep the shared areas clean and organised.

I also love food and enjoy sharing good food with others, so I’d be very happy to get along with my new flatmates and hopefully become friends too! I speak English, I’m respectful of other people’s space, and I always make sure to keep noise to a minimum, especially at night. I think I’d be a friendly, considerate, and reliable flatmate.

I’m very interested in the room and would love to know a little more about it and the household. If possible, I’d also be happy to arrange a viewing at a convenient time.
