I am a 46-year-old looking for a long-term studio or one-bedroom accommodation in Meads, Eastbourne. I am currently working with the British Heart Foundation but am seeking Full Time Permanent Work and value a quiet, clean, and peaceful living environment. As a tenant, I am highly responsible, respectful of property, and financially secure. I don't smoke, don't have pets, and prefer a calm home to relax in after work. I can provide excellent references from my previous landlord.
