Looking for buddy up, room fill Kilburn

Hi everyone!

We are currently looking to fill a room in lovely 3-bedroom flat in Kilburn, just 1 minute away from the station. We have already viewed it and started paperwork and therefore want to move forward quickly. Hoping to find someone within the week. We are looking for someone who wants to rent long term.

The room is bright and spacious, with three large double glazed bay windows, that look onto the quiet street with direct sunlight.
The room also boasts a large wardrobe, as well as space for a desk and a sofa.

As this room is significantly larger and the principal bedroom we would be looking at a split of £1225 for rent excluding bills and council tax.

The flat also features a large living area with great natural lighting as well. The kitchen has just been redone, and features ample storage, a unit washing machine, as well as a brand new induction stove.

The area is lively, with a large M&S, Aldi and Sanisbury just a 10-minute walk down the high road. The area is also rich in green space, and glorious pubs! The beautiful queens park, and brondesbury green areas are just a short 15-25 minute walk from the flat. It also features excellent transportation, between Kilburn station (zone 2 -Jubilee line), West Hampstead, a 6 minute walk, (overground & Jubilee line zone 2) and brondesbury overground 15 minutes (Mildmay line, with connections all the way to Stratford, and down south to clapham junction).

About us:

Hi! My name is Saige, I am 24 (25 in a few weeks) and just finished up my masters. As a housemate I definitely love to be social with my flatmates. I’ve been super lucky in past in living with people who became friends, so I’m always up for a group show, dinner night etc. I also equally am someone who loves quiet downtime and definitely value respecting everyone’s space. I’m quite tidy and it’s very important to me that all communal areas are kept nice for everyone. Other than that, I’d say some of my hobbies include staying active, like a run or lovely park walk, and I am always up for grabbing a coffee. I also love a group trip to the pub and the occasional night out dancing, so always happy if my housemates want to join in! Other than that, I love to read, crochet, play board games and spend time outdoors when I can.

I’m Lizzie (26) originally from Yorkshire and I’ve just moved to London to pursue a postgraduate MA. Ideally looking for a relatively social flat but one that respects quiet and study time too and keeps shared spaces clean and tidy; overall would like somewhere which feels relaxed and comfortable for everyone. I will likely be working part time alongside my Masters degree which is in Theology and the Arts. I’m happy to cook together occasionally and have nights in as a flat but equally love seeing friends and family in London. I’m into swimming, especially cold water, getting outside and baking.

About you:
Ideally, we are looking for someone over 25 with full-time employment, ideally in office most days. We are looking for someone who would like to be social, and join in on the occasional movie night, pub trip or dinner chats, while also valuing down time. It is also very important to us that we all contribute to keeping the space tidy for everyone :)
