Looking for a room

I'm a full time worker and spend a lot of my time at work & also starting a cyber security course. I enjoy being social, watching movies/shows and board games. I'm looking for a place close to work in Exeter. I'm not fussy about things, I like keeping a tidy space and find communication important in keeping a consistently content household. The budget is negotiable based on facilities and proximity to work.
