Looking for somewhere within walking distance to work and near Basingstoke town centre. Would require parking, Wifi and preferably a decently sound proofed house/quiter housemates.

I have previously lived in a flat for 2 years, which was kept tidy and in very good condition. As well as, maintaining communication with the landlord if any issues were to arise.

Currently I work as an assistant quantity surveyor, my hours being 08:00-17:00 on the weekdays. It would be ideal if the other tenants worked similar hours to prevent noise during hours of the night however, this would not be a deal breaker.
