Looking for studio for a fixed term of 3 months

I'm looking for a self-contained studio flat in North or Mid Kent for a short stay of around three months.

I appreciate that short-term rentals can be difficult to fill, so I'd like to make things easy: I can pay the entire rental period in advance, as well as a deposit, and I already have accommodation arranged beyond those three months.

A little about me: I am quiet by nature, meticulous about cleanliness, and treat any home with care and respect. Following a period of ill health, I am taking some time away from work and simply need a peaceful base while I recover and prepare for my next move.
