Professional, Quiet & Tidy Couple - Flat Share

We are a professional, international, mature (yet youthful) couple who are both researchers.

We are looking for:
- a spacious, clean, furnished, shared double room, preferably ensuite and reasonably priced
- long term rent (minimum 1 year)
- a study desk (preferably two, as we both write for a living)
- somewhere in central London (near University College London - UCL)
- bills included (wifi and utilities)
- access to a shared kitchen
- a living room space (though not essential)

My partner (she) has just started as a researcher at UCL and I work across Europe in various academic institutions. This means we are sometimes in London and at other times abroad for work e. g. conferences, visiting family etc. We both love art, culture, intelligent conversation and are non smokers with no pets. Most of all, we want a quiet space, living with nice, kind and responsible people, who are also mindful and respectful of each others' privacy. In return, we will be good flatmates that you can trust and reliable, who also know what it is like to rent out their property, so we absolutely see it from your side too.

We want to move in immediately and are prepared to pay a deposit and even a few months in advance for rent and bills (if needed).
