Looking for a en-suite single room

Hi, I’m Waseem. I’m 34, grew up in Yorkshire and work full time as a professional in Leeds. I also work as a contractor at weekends, so I would mainly be home during the evenings and on my days off.

I’m easygoing, very clean and tidy, and considerate in shared spaces. I’d genuinely be happy to become friends with my housemate and enjoy the occasional chat, meal or activity together, rather than simply passing each other in the kitchen. At the same time, I’m respectful of boundaries, privacy and personal space.

I love reading, especially fantasy and science fiction, and enjoy exploring galleries and museums. I also like hiking, swimming, socialising, being outdoors and trying new things. I’m equally happy having a quiet night in with a good TV series. I enjoy cooking, and Persian and Italian are two of my favourite cuisines.

I’m pet friendly and would be very happy living in a home with animals.

I’m looking for a single bedroom with a private en suite in a clean, friendly and relaxed home. I drive, so off street parking or convenient parking nearby would be ideal. I’m hoping to find a respectful household that I can comfortably call home.
