Working couple looking for a flat or large room

Hi, we are Andrii and Alina, a quiet working couple looking for a place to rent in Brighton or Hove from 20 September.
Our first preference is a one-bedroom flat with a separate bedroom, with a budget of up to £1,200 per month. We would also consider a spacious studio, or a large room in a clean and respectful shared home if the rent is lower.
I work on construction sites in Brighton & Hove, and Alina works at a chocolate factory in Hove. We have a combined monthly income of around £5,000.
We are clean, tidy and respectful tenants. We do not smoke, have no pets and do not host parties. We are looking for a comfortable place to call home and would take good care of it.
We are open to both short-term and longer-term options, including a temporary sublet if someone is going away for a few months. We can provide references if required.
