Legal Professional Looking for 2Bd/2 Bath Buddy Up

Hey! 😊 I’m Tobi, 27, and I’m currently based in Birmingham but moving to London for a new job at a global law firm.

I’m looking to buddy up with someone to find a nice 2-bed, 2-bath flat, so we can both have our own bathroom. My budget is around £1,200–£1,400 pcm, ideally including bills, although I’m flexible depending on the property, location and transport links. My main priority is finding somewhere modern, comfortable and with a good commute into Central London.

I also drive, so ideally I’d like somewhere with allocated parking. If not, somewhere where I’d be eligible to get a residential parking permit would work as an alternative.

A little about me - I’m Nigerian but grew up in Ireland all my life & have been in the UK for 10 years 🇳🇬🇮🇪. I’m friendly, bubbly and sociable, but I also really value having a peaceful home and my own space. I’m very clean and tidy (my friends would probably call me a bit of a clean freak 😂), so I’d love to live with someone who’s similar and happy to share cleaning responsibilities.

I’ll be working a hybrid schedule and will be in the office 3 days a week, working from home the other 2.

Outside of work, I love travelling, going out for food/drinks and going to the gym. I’m currently training for my next HYROX, so you’ll probably find me in the gym quite a bit 😂.

In terms of living style, I’d love a home that’s friendly and sociable but definitely not a party house. It would be nice to live with someone where we can have a glass of wine, go for dinner, watch something together or have a chat after work, while also respecting each other’s space and doing our own thing.

Ultimately, I’m looking for somewhere that feels like a proper home and a flatmate who’s friendly, clean, respectful and easy to live with.
