Looking for a room or 1br/studio

Greetings
I'm looking for a 4 months possibly more stay immediately.
A 44 years old mixed media artist working on a project involves writing so I either work home or in libraries or cafés, depend on the day. Looking for a room with its own bathroom, and a desk, a washing machine is a must and wifi please. I'm clean responsible respectful, quiet and friendly. I love cooking and hanging out but also mostly keep to myself. Open to friendly roomies who would like to go cycling or skating or jogging/swimming, an occasional lunch or dinner or an outing or a movie at home. If we match as people that could be fun.
As far as a unit, it must be furnished.
I pay on time and I expect honesty transparency and directness when it comes to nitty gritty of contracts etc.
It says hallifax but I'm open to anything with mild weather accessibility through public transport and gay friendly, closer to quiet and nature is better.
