Hi, I’m a 42-year-old working professional looking for a double room from 19 September 2026 with a budget of up to £800, pcm

I’m friendly, easy going and respectful, and I’m considerate of the people I live with I’m happy to have a chat and get to know my housemates, while also appreciating everyone’s need for their own space and privacy. I work in construction during the week, and at weekends I enjoy spending time with friends, relaxing or going out.

I’m open to sharing with males or females, ideally with housemates between 25 and 50. I’m looking for a clean, comfortable and respectful home where everyone can feel at ease.
