Looking for a room in a shared house

Hi, I am a prospective postgraduate student looking to move to Cornwall to start my masters in Marine Ecology and Conservation in September. I would love to find shared accommodation that is furnished and that has parking available close by. Something that is available as soon as possible.
My interests include staying active, going to the gym, walks, pubs, beaches, coffee and exploring.
