Room or annex required in or close to Crantock

I’m a young 52-year-old professional woman working as a Social Work Manager for Cornwall Council, and I’m looking for a room to rent, or preferably a self-contained annex, in or around Crantock and the surrounding area from October 2026.

I’m looking for somewhere for at least six months, although I’m open to discussing a longer-term arrangement for the right place.

I’m clean, tidy, quiet and respectful, and I take pride in looking after wherever I live. I’m a non-smoker and don’t have any pets. I work full-time, so I’m looking for a comfortable, peaceful and well-kept home.

Ideally, I’d love a self-contained annex or similar with some privacy, but I’m very open to a lovely room in the right home.

I’m friendly and sociable but also appreciate having my own space and would be a considerate and easy-going person to have as a tenant.
