Looking for properties across south east!

I am looking for properties to settle into all across the South East. I am ideally looking for somewhere priced at around the LHA rate for the area, however, I have a guarantor, and am happy to discuss higher rates for the right property.

I am a relatively quiet and reserved person and keep to myself, so I won't get in the way of any of my would-be flatmates. I will often be in my room working on personal projects or outside shopping or at the gym.
