Buddy ups and rented accomodation

Hello I'm Adam
Looking for a new place in or around Sheffield.
My max rent is £575pcm for the moment. I am a part time professional currently.
I do not drive, so the city centre is preferred but open to surrounding areas close to transport links / tram.
I am open to renting with people who already have a place or are wanting to buddy up somewhere.

I'm house trained as they say!
Prefer someone who is LGBT+ but open.

I will require good / Ultra Internet - bit of a gamer, and require it also for some creative endevours!

Activity and what I'm like personally - quite friendly and chill. A bit neuro-divergent!
I'm not the most active person, but I do like a little adventure here and there. I am local to Sheffield, so anyone who's looking to buddy up and new and needs a show around.. :)

Ideally looking for somewhere for November / early December
Would like to meet my future flatmates if possible!
