Hi there! We are a professional married couple aged 30 and 31 looking to team up with someone to find a great 2-bedroom property (house or modern flat) to rent together.
Me: Software Engineer — working a hybrid schedule (~2 days in the office, rest from home).
My Wife: Works in Fashion Looking for a job — currently looking for local roles / working full-time.
We are clean, reliable, and respectful housemates. We enjoy a balance of having our own space during the week, but also enjoying a glass of wine/beer, cooking together, or watching a movie/sports on weekends.
What We’re Looking For:
Who: Open to anyone! Single male, female, or another professional who is clean, easygoing, and financially reliable.
Property: A 2-bedroom house or flat with a garden or decent living space.
Target Areas: North / West / South London.
Budget: Up to ~£1,000 – £1,200 pcm for your share (plus split bills).
Move-in Date: Ideally 1 Nov.
