27M Looking for Clean, Quiet Room – Ready to Move

Hi, I’m Kane, 27, and I’m looking for a clean, quiet room to rent.

I’m currently based in Essex and looking to relocate. I’m quiet, respectful, tidy and generally keep to myself.

I currently receive Universal Credit including LCWRA and PIP, giving me a regular monthly income of approximately £1,264. I can provide proof of income and ID, and I’m also willing to use a professional guarantor service if required.

I’m currently doing job training and working towards getting back into employment.

Due to severe OCD and anxiety, I’ve been largely housebound for some time, so I would strongly prefer a virtual/video viewing initially. If the room is suitable and everything is agreed, I’m happy to complete the paperwork remotely and move in as soon as possible.

I’m looking for somewhere clean, calm and comfortable where I can settle and become more independent.
