Quiet, professional, relocating for work

Hi, I’m Ben. I’m currently based near Brighton and will be relocating to the area for a new job at Dunkeswell Raceway, where I’ll be managing and developing their sim racing facility.

I’m a professional esports/sim racing driver alongside my work, so motorsport is a pretty big part of my life. I have a quiet lifestyle – I’m not into partying or nights out and generally spend my free time sim racing, relaxing, or occasionally going for an early morning or evening run.

I’m clean, respectful and independent, but equally happy to have a chat and socialise with the people I live with. I’m looking for somewhere that feels relaxed and comfortable rather than just somewhere to sleep.

I’d ideally like enough room for my sim racing setup. It’s high-end equipment designed for home use and is mechanically very quiet, and I use headphones exclusively, so there’s no game or speaker noise to worry about.

I’m looking for a room within reasonable travelling distance of Dunkeswell and would ideally like somewhere with parking.
