Hi! I’m looking for a room in a clean, friendly and welcoming flat/house share.

I’m a young working professional and work in care, so I’m responsible, reliable and respectful. I’m looking for somewhere that feels homely and relaxed, with friendly housemates who are also respectful of each other’s space.

I’m clean and tidy, considerate with noise and shared spaces, and I’m happy to do my share of household chores. I’m looking for somewhere I can settle into and feel comfortable calling home.

Ideally looking for:
• A furnished room
• Clean and well-maintained property
• Friendly, respectful housemates
• Good transport links
• A safe area
• Bills included if possible
• Long-term tenancy preferred

My budget is around £600 per month, depending on what’s included.
