Room wanted for tidy, friendly professional

Hi there! My name is Grace, I’m a 24 year old mature, tidy, friendly and reliable working professional, about to start a new role in SE London. I have been looking for a 6+ month (am open to short term or longer) term room in a clean, well maintained & friendly house in the SE area.

- Flexible on move-in date but preferably end of Sept/around October.
- Prefer to live with women only, friendly who respect privacy and happy to catch up now and then.
- Tidy house with good bus transport links to Greenwich/Lewisham.
- Central heating/good heating in the room, a window and double bed and storage.
- Own access to a bathroom is a plus but not a necessity!

A little about me:
I value having a calm, tidy and warm home environment to come home to, I am independent but would love to get on with whoever I live with. I have lived in house shares before and can guarantee a tidy, organised and respectful environment with other people. I won’t be working from home so will be out of the house most of the week!
Will communicate clearly about guests and other household matters

Outside of work I love to go on walks, explore London and dive into a good book or TV show.
