Professional looking for Leeds Flatshare

Hi! I'm Liam, a 22yo Software Engineer working in Leeds, having recently graduated from the University of York.

I'm looking for a friendly, sociable flatshare in Leeds, ideally in/around the city centre, or somewhere with an easy commute into the centre. I'm hoping to move around the 3rd/4th October, although I can be flexible around this (just not earlier than this date).

I work hybrid, usually from home on Mondays and Fridays, although I quite often choose to go into the office anyway. I'd therefore like somewhere that has enough space to comfortably work from home when needed.

I'm pretty easy-going, love going out for a food & drinks, pubs, travelling, concerts/the occasional rave, skiing, walking/hiking, and generally trying new things.

I'd ideally like to live with someone who's friendly and happy to occasionally have a chat, grab some food or a drink together. At the same time, I definitely value having my own space and independence

I'm clean and respectful of shared spaces and would be looking for the same in whoever I live with. I'd also like somewhere that feels like a proper home.

My ideal place would be furnished, with a good-sized living room. En-suite and a balcony would be preferred, but not required. I'm targeting flats, ideally somewhat high up, as I'm a sucker for a good view.
