Friendly, tidy, and respectful PhD student looking

​My name is Iván, I am 29 years old, and I am moving to Glasgow from Stoke-on-Trent to start my PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineerinf at University of Strathclyde.

​About me:
I am a responsible, clean, and easygoing person. Because of my PhD, I will be spending a lot of time on campus or working quietly from library during the week. However, I am definitely not just about work! In my free time, I enjoy swimming, running and gym, playing the guitar, explore the city and surroundings, and reading.

​I am looking for a flat to call home, not just a place to sleep. I love having a friendly chat or a shared dinner, but I also completely respect everyone's need for personal space and downtime. I always clean up after myself and appreciate a reasonably tidy shared space.

​What I'm looking for:
I am hoping to find a comfortable double room in a flat with relaxed, clean, and respectful flatmates (ideally professionals or other students preferably mature/postgrad students).

​Budget: Up to £ 600 per month (ideally bills included).

​Move-in date: Around last week of september but I can start paying before, that's always possible.

​Location: Ideally looking around University of Strathclyde or anywhere with good public transport links to the university.
