Looking for room in a house

I'm a quiet, kind, clean and friendly individual. I'm interested in renting out a room in a house, or finding a buddy to find somewhere with.

I am currently on benefits due to disability - and alot of my time is spent at home, or at therapy. My home situation isn't the best so I was hoping the move out into a place I could call home. I am friendly, clean, tidy and quiet and I am always happy to maintain the home, clean up, and keep myself occupied when needed.

I do have a cat, Milo. He is clean, neutered and tidy. However he is also able to stay with my family if he needs to.
