Professional seeking large double room in Norfolk

I’m a mature and down to earth freelance trainer and career coach. I’m currently based in Peterborough and looking to move to Norfolk from 19 September, ideally around Ormesby or nearby coastal areas.

I’m seeking a large double room with enough space for my computer desk and online tutoring setup. My budget is up to £800 per month, ideally including bills.

Some weeks I’ll work remotely from home, delivering online tutoring sessions. This won’t be every week, but reliable broadband and a home where occasional daytime teaching is welcome are essential.

I’d like to share with friendly, considerate people who respect each other’s space and privacy. I enjoy a chat and appreciate a balance between socialising and having time to myself.

I value clear communication, respect for shared spaces and a relaxed atmosphere. I’m moving to the area to be closer to work opportunities.
