Hi! My name is Marc, and I am a 26-year-old Visiting Researcher from Barcelona joining the Department of Biochemistry at the University of Oxford. I am currently looking for a welcoming and peaceful place to call home for a short-term stay, from late October to February.

As I will be working full-time at the lab during the week, I am mainly looking for a quiet, clean, and relaxed environment to rest in the evenings. My stay is fully funded by my home institution. I am a non-smoker, very tidy, and well-accustomed to sharing living spaces respectfully. While I am quite independent and always respect everyone's privacy, I am also friendly and more than happy to share a good chat over a cup of tea.

In my free time, I enjoy quiet activities like reading, photography, working with computers, swimming, and spending time in nature.

I am ideally looking for a room in a calm environment, whether that is sharing a home with a live-in landlord, or a quiet flatshare with other postgrads, academics, or professionals. Areas such as Kidlington, Summertown, Marston, Headington, or any place with a reasonable bus or cycle commute to the Science Area would be fantastic.
