Seeking Studio / 1-Bed NW London

I’m a single male working in the creative industry and currently also a postgraduate student in London. I’ve been living in London for nearly two years and am looking for a comfortable and peaceful home for myself.

My preference is for a self-contained studio or one-bedroom flat, ideally around South Hampstead, Belsize Park, St John’s Wood, Swiss Cottage, West Hampstead or the immediate surrounding areas.

My budget is around £1,700–£2,300 pcm, depending on the property.

I’m particularly drawn to bright, quiet homes with good natural light, high ceilings and some character, ideally in a period property or on a pleasant, leafy residential street. Size is not my main priority, the atmosphere and feeling of the space matter much more to me.

I’m clean, tidy and respectful, and I take very good care of where I live.

I’m ready to move in immediately, available for viewings at short notice, and can proceed quickly if the right property comes up.

While I strongly prefer my own place, I may also consider an exceptional two-person flatshare with a private bathroom in the right location.
