27 year old looking for friendly house share

Hi, I’m Jake, I’m 27 and I’m looking for a room in Manchester, ideally available by the beginning of October.

I’m friendly, easy-going, tidy and respectful of shared spaces. I’m sociable and would ideally like to live somewhere where housemates are happy to have a chat or occasionally hang out, while still respecting everyone’s privacy and downtime.

I’m really into music and gigs, skateboarding, photography and video, and I enjoy getting out and exploring Manchester. I’m pretty relaxed to live with and I’m open to sharing with people of different ages and backgrounds.

I’m looking for somewhere I can properly settle into rather than just a short-term stopgap. Ideally I’d like somewhere with bills included, good transport links into Manchester, and a friendly atmosphere.
