Professional seeking Canary Wharf room

Hi, I’m Charles, a 44-year-old professional relocating to London and looking for a double room in a friendly, high-quality flatshare around Canary Wharf/Docklands.

I’m ideally looking for a modern development with a residents’ gym and swimming pool. An en-suite would be a bonus but definitely isn’t essential. I’m clean, tidy and respectful of other people’s space, but also sociable and happy to have a chat or a drink together rather than living like strangers.
I enjoy keeping active, running, padel, travelling and eating out. I’ll also regularly be back in Scotland spending time with my three boys, so I won’t necessarily be around every weekend.

Ideally I’d like to share with other friendly, considerate professionals in a relaxed home rather than a party flat.
