I am a medical doctor moving into management, currently pursuing my postgraduate business management degree at York St John University. I am looking for a comfortable, long-term room in York with a budget of up to £600 PCM (inclusive of bills preferred). I am ready to move in immediately—anytime this week or next week suits me perfectly.
I take pride in keeping communal spaces—especially the kitchen and bathroom—spotless, organized, and clean after every use. I love a good chat over a cup of tea, unwinding after a busy day, and sharing a friendly laugh with housemates. At the same time, I am deeply respectful of quiet hours, personal routines, and downtime.
