I am a 30-year-old professional relocating to Plymouth to start a new role with Plymouth City Council. I am looking to move around the middle of October and am hoping to find a friendly, quiet home with 1–2 other people.
I am ideally looking for:
* A room in a 2–3 bedroom house or flat / small existing house share
* Preferably furnished
* Ideally my own bathroom/en-suite, but not essential
* Around £550–£800/month, ideally including bills
* A clean, comfortable and relatively quiet home
* Good public transport access, particularly for commuting to Derriford/Poole Farm
* I am happy living with other professionals and am open to a relaxed, friendly household
I am tidy, considerate and easygoing. I enjoy being social and getting to know my housemates, but I also value having my own space.
