Professional female looking for 1-2 flatmates

Budget £1500. Looking for a room in a nice 2-3 bedroom flat with professionals or to buddy up and find one.

Female or lgbt flatmates preferred (I am gay). I like casual board games, pub quizes, and the occasional night out. It would be great to have a friendly flat where we do stuff together, but not mandatory for me!

Cleanliness is a must - I do my dishes every night and other cleaning every weekend. Not up for any food-sharing.

I need to move by mid-November, but would be willing to move as soon as possible.
