Professional looking for en-suite room

Hi! I’m Yuhe, 26, and I’ve recently graduated from the University of Cambridge. I’ll be starting a full-time job in Cambridge in early October, with a gross annual salary of £55,000.

I’m looking for a furnished room in Cambridge, ideally with an en-suite, from late September / early October. I’m clean, tidy, quiet and respectful of shared spaces. I don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and I’ll be working full-time. I’m ideally looking to live with other professionals in a clean and peaceful household.

My budget is around £1050 pcm including bills, with some flexibility for a particularly nice room or location. I’m happy to provide proof of employment, my offer letter and references if needed.
