I am josh looking to view the room at your property i am a diabled open uni student that has gone through a relationship breakdown. I am 31 years old im clean and tidy no criminal record able to pay 1.5x deposit due to bad credit history as it comes to refferences i will sttuggle as i was just co tennant with my ex partner council owned property. I can move in as soon as friday, as renters rights changed earlier in the year dss/dwp would be payment for rent as a diasbled student with lcwra this will guarantee ylur rent will always be paid as i womt be going in and out of work or missimg wages due to illness ect. I am studying an opem honours degree in computing software and sciences.
