Hi, I’m Ella, I’m 21 and I’m currently looking for a room to rent.
I’m currently receiving Universal Credit and would need to claim the housing costs element once I have a tenancy/rent agreement in place. I understand there can be a waiting period before the housing costs are paid, so I would need to discuss the rent payment arrangements with the landlord.
I can provide proof of my Universal Credit and any other information required. I’m looking to move as soon as possible.
