About us:
We are two sisters (both working/studying) looking for a spacious, fully furnished double room to share. We are incredibly clean, quiet, and respectful housemates who value a peaceful home environment. We don't smoke, don't have pets, and always pay our rent strictly on time.
What we are looking for:
• Location: Ideally in Ilford, Barking, or surrounding areas with an easy commute to Ilford station (IG1).
• The Room: A large, comfortable double room with enough space for two people to live comfortably.
• Budget: Up to £800 per month, strictly including all bills (Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Water, and Wi-Fi).
• Move-in date: Flexible / As soon as possible.
