Masters student looking for friendly home

Just arrived in London, and looking for somewhere to call home while studying for an MSc in Psychology at UCL over the next two years, having worked in the NHS for the last few years. Likely to be study focussed during the week, and out the house 9-5ish. Looking for part time work in some evenings/weekends at a nearby climbing wall or pub.

Outside of work/study, I enjoy music, socialising, climbing, cycling, nature and exploring the city. I also like to cook for others occasionally. I have some carpentry experience, and enjoy the odd creative household project to keep things fresh where there's space or a need for it.

I like to keep spaces clean and tidy, and am very open to being held compassionately accountable to this! :)

Ultimately an independent person, but also like to connect with housemates and create a homely atmosphere, whilst also respecting each others needs for space and downtime.

Keen to find a house/flat that's reasonably well looked after and 20/30 min cycle from central London and short walk to some green spaces. A good pub nearby is always a plus too.

I am able to provide a UK guarantor for the landlord, and am willing to negotiate around council tax exemption if living with non-students. Looking to find somewhere as soon as possible, and have good availability for arranging viewings in person.
