Hi, I am Babak, in my 30s, quiet, clean and respectful.
I just got 2.5 years leave to remain (BRP) and I am currently in SERCO accommodation in Widnes/Runcorn. I have to move out by 22 Oct 2026, so I am looking for a room.
About rent: I am on Universal Credit and it covers my rent (Housing Element). I will get my first payment next month. I can show BRP, UC award letter and bank statement. My support worker can provide a reference if needed.
I am non-smoker, no pets, no parties. I work part-time / looking for work and I keep the house clean.
Budget: £450 per month including bills preferred.
Area: Widnes, Runcorn, Warrington.
