23(f) looking for friendly house share :)

Hey all! :) My name’s Hattie (23) and I’m currently looking for a room to move into from 1st November 2026 onwards, ideally in a female or mixed house.

Working as an occupational therapist, I will be out the house most the day during the week, although would love a friendly / sociable house (preferably of those of a similar-ish age) to come back to at the end of the day ! (Would love to be friends not just housemates :) )

Outside of work I enjoy : spending time with others, getting outdoors, going out for food (trying new spots >>) sports and going for walks :) I also occasionally climb !

Clean, sociable and easy going, I Am always up for a chat/hangout, however am also respectful of others space. Ideally I am looking around Roath, Cathays, Heath, Pontcanna or Canton, (although I’m open to other areas too for the right place!).

My Max budget is £650/700 pcm (bills Inc). Furnished preferred (if possible) x

**As my job is outside of Cardiff, I would also need somewhere nearby to park my car (roadside parking is absolutely fine!!)**
