I'm looking for a furnished place near or with easy access to Leeds City Center where I could live with someone who, like me, enjoys meeting new folks and good conversation.

As a guest in your home and your flatmate, I will be respectful of your things and space. I am neat, organized and clean up after myself.

I'm an early-to-bed, early-to-rise person—particularly due to my heavy workload as a University of Tartu (Estonia) researcher and lecturer who also is earning a PhD.
