Couple looking to buddy up for a 2-bed around Isle

Hey! we're a couple currently looking for a place around Isleworth (ideally Richmond, Kew, Chiswick or Brentford but they are all costly so settled for Isleworth (don't prefer Hounslow as its a bit crowded)) and are thinking of finding one person to buddy up with and rent a decent 2-bedroom property together.

we've been looking at shared properties for the last few months, but honestly, a lot of the places we've seen for £1,000–£1,200 haven't really felt worth the money. quite often there are more people sharing, the kitchen or living area is small, or the property just isn't that decent overall for what you're paying.

so we're thinking it might make more sense to find a decent 2-bedroom place for around £1,800–£1,850 rent, which we're estimating would be around £2,200–£2,250 including bills.

ideally we're looking for:

- 2 bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms / en-suites
- a decent-sized kitchen
- a proper living area
- somewhere around Isleworth or nearby
- a comfortable and reasonably well-maintained place

the idea would be 3 people in total: me and my partner would share one bedroom, and the other person would have their own bedroom.

We can work out the exact split depending on the property, bills and what we find, but roughly we're thinking £1,250 including bills for us as a couple and around £1,000 including bills for the other person.

A little about us: i'm 36M and work as a data analyst in the civil service, doing 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. my partner is 32F and works part-time as a learning advisor at a college. we're both easy-going, clean and respectful, and looking for a friendly, comfortable home rather than a party house.
