Professional seeking Manchester room

I’m a young professional moving to Manchester soon from Lytham St Anne’s. I work full-time for the Civil Service on a compressed 4-day schedule (2 days in the office, 2 days working from home). Because my office is over in Blackpool, I’ll usually stay with family there on Tuesday nights, so you'll get the place to yourself then!

I’m halfway through a part-time Master’s degree at MMU and want to live closer to campus.

I’m clean, tidy, and social, but I also completely respect boundaries and enjoy my own company at times. In my free time, I'm into reading, travelling, cooking, eating out, going to the the local pub, and going to gigs, plays, or movies. I also like to keep fit and do the occasional weekend Parkrun.

House mate and landlord references available.

What I’m Looking For:

Budget: Up to £900 per month (including bills).

Move-in Date: 01/12/2026 (open to consideration)

The Room: A larger room would be amazing if possible, as I’d love to bring a few bits with me (bookcase, TV/stand, record player, and plants), though I’m completely flexible on this.

Bathroom & Parking: An en-suite or separate bathroom is a big plus, and a parking space would be nice to have, but neither are total dealbreakers.

Pets: I unfortunately have pet allergies, so I'll have to skip houses with cats or dogs (unless they happen to be hypoallergenic!).
