Male student seeking houseshare

20 year old male student leaving the broader workforce to study Access to HE in Business Studies at Ruskin College, currently seeking part time employment alongside my studies. In my most recent role I was a housekeeper so would happily help you keep on top of the cleaning! Aside from that I have worked in and around the trades for the past 5 years, including but not limited to professional painting and decorating, base plumbing, and mechanics. I have not come to uni for a drinkers degree! Though I dont mind a couple.. So will not be making a habit of disruptive nights. Mainly seeking a friendly household with reasoned and responsible people. Happy to help with keeping on top of home/garden alike. Looking to move into a place ASAP as I am currently living out of an airbnb haha!
