I am urgently looking for a fully furnished, self-contained 1 or 2 bedroom flat with a separate living room, private kitchen and private bathroom.

Preferred locations:
Newcastle upon Tyne, Darlington or Birmingham.

I am looking for a pleasant, safe and well-connected area, close to shops, public transport and medical services.

Due to mobility difficulties, I can manage a maximum of 10 stairs. I therefore prefer a ground-floor flat or a building with a reliable lift.

My total budget is up to £1,200 per month.

My Housing Officer at Barking and Dagenham Council is assisting me with securing suitable accommodation and with rent and deposit arrangements, subject to approval.

I am looking for a long-term tenancy and can move as soon as suitable accommodation is available.

IMPORTANT: I am looking for an entire private flat only. I am NOT looking for a room, studio or shared accommodation.
