I am primarily looking for a single room(£450-£500)as my top priority, as having a private and comfortable personal space is very important to me. My main focus is on finding accommodation that offers a safe and secure environment, along with all necessary facilities such as a well-maintained living space, access to kitchen and bathroom amenities, and reliable utilities. Ideally, the rent should include all bills and related expenses to ensure convenience and clarity. I am flexible with the exact location, as long as it is reasonably accessible to London, even if it is slightly further out.
