Hi, I’m a mature Engineering student at Durham University looking for a room for the 2026/27 academic year, available from early October.
My budget is up to around £650 per month including bills. I’m looking for a clean, comfortable house with a friendly but generally quiet atmosphere, preferably with other mature students or young professionals.
I’m easy-going, tidy and respectful, and mostly an early bird. I enjoy socialising, but also appreciate quiet evenings, tea and actually getting some sleep. Ideally somewhere in Durham with reasonable access to the university.
Happy to consider both existing house shares and Buddy Up options.
