My name is Robin. I am a mature, quiet-living, and respectful male looking for a room in Scarborough, with a strong preference for the South Bay area. I am looking for accommodation from now until Spring next year (around March).

My long-term profession is gardening (I am RHS certified and fully experienced), but over the winter I will be working as a part-time home delivery driver for Iceland here in Scarborough. I also periodically travel back to Skipton to look after an existing gardening client.

Financially, I am very secure. I have the funds ready to cover rent upfront and a full deposit for the winter duration, backed up by Universal Credit as a safety net while I transition back into full-time work.

I am an easy-going housemate who values a clean, peaceful living environment. I have my passport and driving licence ID ready for any necessary checks.
