Hi! I’m Preethi, 27, French, working full-time near Berkeley Square in Mayfair.
I’m looking for a furnished studio/1-bed or a flatshare with just one other person, ideally with an en-suite, from 30 September. Budget around £1,600 incl. bills, up to £1,700 for a modern studio/1-bed.
Ideally within 40 mins of Bond Street or Green Park by public transport.
I’m clean, tidy and respectful, a non-smoker with no pets. I speak French, English, Tamil and a little Spanish, and I enjoy the gym, baking and healthy cooking.
Before London, I lived in Luxembourg for 1.5 years and in Paris before that.
