28M Seeking Double Room from November

I’m planning to move in mid-November and am looking for a potential room/property that could be a good fit. I’m also open to connecting with other people who are looking to move and potentially planning a place together if we get along!

I’m 28 and work in digital marketing, with two days working from home (Monday and Friday). Outside of work, I’m pretty active and enjoy working out most days and getting out of the house for walks whenever I can. I’m also quite social and always enjoy a trip to the pub, dinner or drinks with friends, and generally making the most of my weekends.

At home, I do like to socialise and have a chat, but I also really value having my own space and completely respect other people’s alone time. I’m incredibly tidy and considerate when it comes to sharing a home — whether that’s keeping communal spaces clean, taking the bins out, or contributing towards things we need for the kitchen.

I’m a gay man, but I don’t have any particular preference about who I live with — the main thing is that everyone is comfortable being themselves and respectful of one another.

Ideally, I’m looking for a double room with an en-suite. My budget is a little flexible depending on the property, and while an en-suite would be a bonus, it’s not necessarily a dealbreaker.

I also have my own furniture, including a king-size bed, which I’d ideally like to bring with me if the room is big enough. Otherwise, I’d need the room to be furnished with at least a double bed.
